A federal judge on Monday rejected the Southern Poverty Law Center’s motion that the court order the Justice Department to retract public statements on fraud charges the civil rights group said were false.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s April 26 Fox News interview noting that the SPLC shared some information gathered from its paid extremist group informant program with law enforcement “aligns with what SPLC argues is the truth that needed public correction,” Magistrate Judge Kelly F.
