Judge Agrees to Unseal Planned Parenthood False Claims Ruling

A Texas federal district court agreed to make public its Oct. 23 ruling that denied Planned Parenthood Federation of America Inc.‘s bid to stop a whistleblower’s suit alleging Medicaid fraud.

The memorandum opinion and order will be unsealed in its entirety July 1, Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas said.
