Jones Day advised EagleTree Capital on its acquisition of business events industry company PRA from CI Capital Partners, which, like EagleTree, is a New York-based private equity firm.
Paul Weiss counseled Chicago-based PRA on the transaction, which EagleTree made on behalf of its EagleTree Partners V fund, according to a statement. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The PRA management team will continue to lead the company, which says it coordinates complex business events and programs on behalf of a variety of corporate clients, including several Fortune 100 companies.
