Jerome Corsi Loses Bid for Preferred Judge in Mueller Suit

Conservative commentator Jerome Corsi didn’t convince Judge Richard Leon that he should be the one to oversee Corsi’s lawsuit against Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Leon sits at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. In 2013, he ruled that the National Security Agency’s surveillance of American telephonic metadata ran afoul of the Fourth Amendment.

Corsi wanted Leon to hear his unlawful surveillance and blackmail claims against the U.S. government. He argued that the two cases were “related,” and therefore should be heard by the same judge.
