Judge James Ho of the Fifth Circuit said that a “double standard” exists among federal judges who have chosen to stop attending Heritage Foundation events but haven’t joined his boycotts of hiring law clerks from certain schools.
Ho, who has promised to not hire law clerks from Yale, Stanford, and Columbia law schools over each institutions’ actions, made the remarks Wednesday at a Federalist Society event in Los Angeles.
