A Jacksonville, Fla., ordinance that prevents those under 21 years old from being exotic dancers doesn’t violate the First Amendment, a federal court in Florida said.
The case is part of an ongoing dispute between adult entertainment businesses and the city over its efforts to regulate the industry and combat human and sex trafficking.
