Insurer Drops California Suit Following View’s Bid to Dismiss

Starstone Specialty Insurance Co. dropped its California lawsuit against View Operating Corp. over coverage for proceedings related to a 2021 de-SPAC merger transaction and public offering, opting instead to litigate the case in Delaware.

Starstone filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal without prejudice in the US District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday.
