Impending Immigrant Asylum Rule Prompts Another Suit by Texas AG

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) sued the Biden administration Thursday over its move to change how immigrants seek asylum at the border, arguing that the new parole procedures “exacerbate loopholes” in the immigration process.
