Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) sued the Biden administration Thursday over its move to change how immigrants seek asylum at the border, arguing that the new parole procedures “exacerbate loopholes” in the immigration process.
The case is the latest challenge to President Joe Biden’s immigration policies, following Paxton’s lawsuit to block the president’s move to lift Title 42 of the U.S. Code.
