Two branches of government will clash today during Supreme Court arguments over the much-anticipated census dispute in one of the term’s most closely watched cases.
U.S. Solicitor General Noel Francisco will take the podium for the Trump administration in its quest to add a citizenship question to the 2020 decennial count. Douglas Letter, general counsel of the U.S. House, will be one of three lawyers arguing against that addition.
