Sarah Burke joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its executive compensation and benefits team in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Burke focuses her practice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters arising in connection with complex public and private company transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, financings and restructurings. She regularly provides counsel to clients on ERISA-related matters and employee benefits compliance, the firm said.
She joins from Debevoise & Plimpton, where she served as counsel.
