Holland & Knight advised private equity firm Kaho Partners and its portfolio company Addtronics, a Greenwich, Connecticut-based holding company of robotic automation solution providers, on its acquisition of Bow Robotics.
West Chester, Ohio-based Bow Robotics provides spare-parts, rebuild and repair services, and preventative maintenance for industrial robots used by customers in a variety of end markets across the country. The acquisition adds aftermarket parts and services to Addtronics’ portfolio of capabilities, according to a statement.
No financial details were provided for the transaction.
