The US Supreme Court will release opinions for the second time this term on the same morning the justices will hear former President Donald Trump’s appeal to stay on the 2024 primary ballot in Colorado.
Before the special sitting for Trump’s case begins at 10 a.m. on Feb. 8, the court will announce opinions, according to the court’s homepage. The court has only released one opinion so far this term and that was on Dec. 5. It isn’t known what opinions or how many will be released that day. The court doesn’t divulge that information in advance.
