Head of Delaware Court of Chancery Plans to Retire in April

The head of Delaware Court of Chancery, the venue where many high-profile corporate disputes are fought out, plans to retire by the end of April.

Chancellor Andre Bouchard informed Governor John Carney and his judicial colleagues of his plan, according to a statement Tuesday posted on the court’s website. Bouchard hasn’t said what he plans to do after he retires from the bench.
