A former associate professor of applied physics at Harvard reached a settlement with the university in his breach of contract lawsuit over his tenure denial, just moments before the trial was set to begin.
Judge Christopher Barry-Smith of the Massachusetts Superior Court, Middlesex County, announced the settlement Tuesday. The details of the settlement were not immediately available.
