Harrisburg Residents Get Green Light to Sue Over City Gun Rules

Harrisburg, Pa., residents have standing to challenge the city’s gun regulations despite never having the laws enforced against them, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said.

The regulations prohibit discharging a weapon in the city and possessing a gun in city parks. They also make it unlawful for an unaccompanied minor to possess a firearm outside of their home and require citizens to report lost or stolen guns within 48 hours.
