H-1B Visa Holders Lose Bid to Show Work Status Illegally Revoked

The Department of Homeland Security correctly applied the law when it revoked seven H-1B petitions based on alleged fraud and misrepresentation committed by the workers’ employers, a federal magistrate judge ruled.

Most of the workers have standing to claim DHS unlawfully revoked their H-1B statuses and cap numbers, which refers to the number of visas allocated by Congress for the program.
