US Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch said Americans are getting “whacked” by too many laws.
It is the theme of Gorsuch’s new book, “Over Ruled: The Human Toll of Too Much Law,” which he was promoting Thursday evening during an appearance at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California.
