GoodRx Inc. is suing Arkansas’s attorney general over an “arbitrary and unconstitutional” state statute that mandates businesses to fulfill a long list of requirements to promote discount drug cards and coupons.
The law interferes with the online pharmaceutical platform’s ability to help Arkansans find the best prices for their prescription medications, according to the complaint filed Thursday with the US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
