Rudolph Giuliani’s unsecured creditors Tuesday asked the court overseeing his bankruptcy petition to appoint a trustee, saying he has hidden assets and engaged in a game of “hide-and-seek.”
If the court were to grant the motion, Giuliani would lose significant control of how the case moves forward.
