Ginsburg to Miss U.S. Supreme Court Arguments Again Next Week

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will miss arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court again next week, according to a spokeswoman who said the justice’s recovery from cancer surgery is “on track” and there’s no evidence of remaining disease.

Ginsburg, 85, will participate in cases using the briefs and transcripts as she recuperates at home, Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said in a statement Jan. 11. The justice missed all of this week’s arguments for the first time since she joined the court in 1993.
