A former marketing employee at Professional Bank Services Inc. sued it and its successor in interest, Forvis Mazars LLP, in federal court for employment discrimination.
Dan Cherner’s complaint, filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleges that his time spent working for ProBank was rife with age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, New York, and Kentucky law. The complaint also alleges various breach of contract and fraud claims against the defendants.
