Former Morrison & Foerster Chair Marshall Small Dies at 92

Marshall L. Small, former chair of Morrison & Foerster, died on Dec. 8 in San Francisco at age 92, his firm has announced.

Small spent 65 years, almost his entire legal career, at Morrison & Foerster, joining in 1954 as the first Jewish lawyer hired by the firm. He still worked at the firm as “senior of counsel” at the time of his death.
