Former McDonald’s Worker Sues, Claiming Harassment and Bias

McDonald’s Corporation, McDonald’s Restaurants of New York Inc., and McDonald’s USA LLC, are facing a new lawsuit in federal court alleging sexual harassment, hostile work environment, gender and race discrimination, under Title VII, Section 1981, and the New York State Human Rights Law.
