Former EPA General Counsel Joins Gibson Dunn

Avi Garbow, the EPA’s general counsel from mid-2013 to the close of the Obama administration, joined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP March 6.

Prior to taking over as Environmental Protection Agency general counsel, Garbow served as deputy counsel. Previously he worked in the EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, the Justice Department’s Environmental Crimes Section and the private sector.
