Former DOJ Environmental Crimes Leader Opens Boutique Practice

Steve Solow, one of the nation’s top environmental cops during the Clinton era, opened his own boutique firm on Monday with an eye toward specializing in corporate governance.

One of the key differences at Solow’s new firm, Solow PLLC, will be his experience in designing and executing court- or government-appointed monitorships to ensure a company’s compliance program is working well, he said.
