Tamera Westerberg has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in the litigation department and business litigation practice group in Denver, the law firm announced Thursday.

Westerberg represents clients in contractual disputes as well as competition-related issues, business ownership disputes, consumer fraud, employment conflicts, and investigations, according to Foley. She has represented a number of energy companies, including BP America and Advanced Energy Industries, Inc., according to a review of court dockets.

“Foley offers a significant platform for trial work and a cross-office collaborative culture that will greatly value my clients and allow me to further expand my practice,” Westerberg said. “I’m excited to join Foley’s growing Denver office and look forward to contributing to the firm’s success here and across the country.”
