Fluor Enterprises Inc. and Fluor Middle East must face liability for the claims of an Iranian oil worker who was exposed to asbestos while using pipes they supplied, a California appellate court said Wednesday.
Houshang Sabetian sued Fluor, Exxon Mobile Corp., and Chevron USA Inc. in 2018 for negligence, premises liability, and loss of consortium.
