The Senate Judiciary Committee approved President Joe Biden’s newest pick for the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit along with two long delayed trial court nominees.

Seth Aframe, an assistant US attorney in New Hampshire, received no Republican votes Thursday in his bid for the appellate vacancy in the state.

Aframe has seen a smoother confirmation process compared to the previous nominee for the seat.
