FCC’s Net Neutrality Rules Blocked by Sixth Circuit Judges (2)

The Sixth Circuit on Thursday again blocked net neutrality rules put in place by the Federal Communications Commission from going into effect as a legal challenge is underway, days ahead of the expiration of its prior pause order.

The challenging broadband providers showed they’ll likely succeed in arguing that the FCC exceeded its authority, the three-judge panel from the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said in its order, adding that other factors also support its decision.
