An Oregon man can continue his suit against the FBI for placing him on a no-fly list even though he’s since been removed.
In a unanimous ruling Tuesday, the justices said the government has failed to demonstrate Yonas Fikre’s case is moot, meaning it may proceed in the lower courts.
