Ex-PCAOB Trial Counsel Plotnick Joins King & Spalding as Partner

Mike Plotnick has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the special matters and government investigations practice group in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Monday.

Plotnick previously served as chief trial counsel in the division of enforcement and investigations at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, according to King & Spalding.

While at the PCAOB, he supervised division litigation and oversaw investigations about potential violations by auditors of public companies and broker-dealers, said the firm.
