Audrey Strauss, who most recently served as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, will rejoin Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson as a senior counsel in the firm’s white collar defense, regulatory enforcement and investigations practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
She previously led Fried Frank’s White Collar Practice from 1995 to 2012 before serving as chief legal officer of Alcoa Corp. Before her term as U.S. attorney, Strauss was an assistant U.S. attorney in New York’s southern district from 1975 to 1982 and later deputy U.S. attorney after returning in 2018.
