Ex-Institute of Peace Leaders Again Denied Halt on DOGE Takeover

Former US Institute of Peace board members again failed in their bid for a court order preventing the Department of Government Efficiency from transferring the organization’s property to the General Services Administration.

The property at issue has already been transferred, and the court would still retain jurisdiction over the plaintiffs’ claims even if any remaining property is also transferred to GSA, Judge Beryl A. Howell of the US District Court for the District of Columbia said in a Tuesday minute order.
