Former Goldman Sachs analyst and Hollywood scriptwriter Damilare Sonoiki asked the First Circuit to reinstate his suit alleging Harvard University wrongfully withheld his degree and expelled him because of sexual misconduct accusations by three female students.
The contract created by the student handbook and other college materials was ambiguous and the school’s investigative process was unfair, he said in urging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit Monday to revive the suit.
