Ex-Goldman Analyst Appeals Dismissal of Suit Against Harvard

Former Goldman Sachs analyst and Hollywood scriptwriter Damilare Sonoiki has appealed the dismissal of his suit alleging Harvard University improperly expelled him and withheld his degree because of sexual misconduct accusations, according to a filing in the First Circuit.

Sonoiki pleaded guilty in 2018 to leaking, while at Goldman, nonpublic information about pending mergers to his friend and NFL linebacker Mychal Kendricks in return for cash and tickets to Philadelphia Eagles games.

Kendricks also pleaded guilty to charges of insider trading, which prosecutors said made him $1.2 million.
