Ex-Girardi Keese CFO Agrees to Plead Guilty to Wire Fraud (1)

Former Girardi Keese CFO Christopher Kamon, accused of helping convicted ex-lawyer Tom Girardi embezzle millions of dollars in client funds and running his own fraud on the firm, agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud in a Los Angeles federal court filing.

Kamon is set to plead guilty to count two of his five-count joint indictment where he’s a co-defendant with Girardi, and to “the one count information” in a separate indictment against him for allegedly embezzling millions from the firm’s operating accounts.
