A federal judge has ruled against a former federal defender’s claims that judiciary officials improperly handled her sexual harassment claim against her supervisor.
Senior US District Judge William Young in Boston said in a Friday ruling that Caryn Strickland had failed to prove that her equal protection and due process rights were violated over her report of harassment and retaliation at the public defender’s office in the Western District of North Carolina.
