Jeffrey Wall, who argued high-profile cases for the Justice Department during Donald Trump’s presidency, is rejoining Sullivan & Cromwell’s Washington, D.C., office, where he had been a partner and co-head of its Appellate Practice.
Wall, who served as acting solicitor general in the department, has argued 30 Supreme Court cases, including recently against Obamacare.
He joined the firm in 2013 after serving as an assistant to the solicitor general from 2008-13. He rejoined the solicitor general’s office in 2017.
