US District Judge Reggie Walton’s comments during his CNN appearance last March didn’t violate the judicial ethics rules or constitute judicial misconduct, Chief Judge Michael A. Chagares of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit wrote in a decision posted Tuesday.
