Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Richard Durbin doesn’t appear worried about a coalition of Republicans who’ve vowed not to support any of Joe Biden’s judicial nominees ahead of the November election.
The stance by the 11 GOP senators who’ve signed an open letter laying out their position would effectively block the appointment of new district judges in states that include Florida, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
