Drug-User Gun Ban Set for US Supreme Court Argument in March

The US Supreme Court will hear argument in March over whether the Second Amendment allows a federal law banning firearm possession by drug users.

United States v. Hemani tops the latest calendar of cases scheduled for argument that was released on Friday. As of now, the justices will hear only seven disputes between Feb. 23 and March 4.
