Tyson Timbs wants his Land Rover back, but he needs the Supreme Court’s help.

If the high court takes up the forfeiture fight—styled Tyson Timbs and a 2012 Land Rover LR2 v. Indiana—it can resolve “an unsettled question of national importance” that affects millions of people, as Timbs frames the stakes in his Jan. 31 petition.
