DNC Seeks Records On Trump Plans to Police Polling Places (2)

The Democratic National Committee sued the Trump administration Tuesday after several agencies failed to fulfill requests for records related to the potential deployment of federal agents at polling places.

The Justice, Defense, and Homeland Security departments and several subsidiary agencies have failed to meet deadlines under the Freedom of Information Act to provide responsive documents, the DNC said in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
