Dechert is changing its leadership for the first time in six years, as partners David Forti and Mark Thierfelder will start running the firm as co-chairs July 1.
Forti, based in Philadelphia, is co-chair of the firm’s global finance and real estate practice. Thierfelder, who works out of the New York office, is chair of the corporate and securities group.
They will replace firm chair Andy Levander, who has been in his post since 2011, and CEO Henry Nassau, who has been in the role since 2016.
