Dechert Helps One Equity Partners Sell SAP Consultant Rizing

Dechert said it’s advising private equity firm One Equity Partners on its agreement to sell its portfolio company Rizing LLC, a global consulting firm specialized in SAP enterprise resource planning software.

The buyer, Indian software company Wipro Limited, helps clients on system design, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, IT and operations.

Dechert said it is also advising Rizing on the transaction, which is expected to close before the quarter ending June 30. No financial details were disclosed.

Since One Equity Partners acquired Rizing in 2018, the company has acquired and integrated five businesses that diversified Rizing’s customer base. Stamford, Connecticut-based Rizing ...
