The Supreme Court agreed to review a dispute over when deported immigrants can get a federal court to take a second look at their case.
The outcome could have implications for those deported years, or even decades ago.
Pedro Pablo Guerrero-Lasprilla was deported to Columbia in 1998 and Ruben Ovalles to the Dominican Republic in 2004. Both removals were related to drug convictions.
