Day Pitney Hires Brooke Penrose as Intellectual Property Partner

Brooke Penrose joined Day Pitney as an intellectual property partner in Boston, the firm announced Oct. 28.

Penrose advises creators and innovators on trademarks, copyright, domain names, and other IP matters, as well as personal information processing and data security regulation, the firm said.

Additionally, she guides clients throughout all stages of IP rights, from formulating initial strategies for brand launches and preparing copyright registration applications to enforcing and defending trademark claims and addressing licensing needs.
