Davis Polk & Wardwell is advising Antara Capital on its $300 million investment in ChargePoint Holdings, Inc., a Campbell, California-based electric vehicle charging network provider.
Gunderson Dettmer is representing ChargePoint on the transaction, which closed April 12, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Gunderson, with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, also advised ChargePoint on its go-public merger in March 2021 with a special purpose acquisition company.
New York-headquartered Antara is purchasing $300 million in convertible senior notes to support ChargePoint’s growth initiatives, ChargePoint said in a statement.
