Former Texas prosecutor Sid Mody has joined O’Melveny & Myers in Dallas as a partner in the white collar defense and corporate investigations practice, the law firm announced Monday.
Mody joins the firm from the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, where he was a first-chair trial lawyer working on national security, cybercrime, money laundering and other matters, according to O’Melveny.
