The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will begin holding in-person oral arguments again at the end of March as Covid-19 infection rates decline.
In-person arguments may begin on March 30, the court said in a Friday order. The announcement comes after the court went back to remote arguments only amid the surge Covid-19 caused by the more transmissible omicron variant.
When arguments return in-person, live audio will still be available via the court’s YouTube channel.
